I refuse to believe that this summer is coming to and end. I’m not finished with it yet. No….no….no. I’m simply not ready to let it go.
Today’s model is Portrait In Black Poppy Parker. She is wearing a My Scene Barbie bathing suit top, Fashion Royalty bathing suit bottoms and random Barbie sunglasses. Her tube is a floating dog toy I found at TJ Maxx. Poppy’s photo was taken in my Mom’s next door neighbor’s pool one afternoon in July. (I did a whole series of pictures – you can see the rest on my Flickr pages.)
It was a fun photo shoot, but a tough one, too. The shifting sun and the current caused by the pool’s filter kept me on my toes. Having a water resistant camera sure came in handy, though. I didn’t dunk it, but there was some splashing involved. Plus, the water resistance helped me relax and just focus on the photos. Fun times!
Grab A Float
And Meet Me At The Pool,
We’ll Convince This Summer
To Stay For Just A While Longer…
This is a great photo. I would love to rr log it with all credits of course
Hey, Terri 🙂
I’m not familiar with the term “rr log” – do you mean reblog? If so, that’s fine – I know you’ll give the proper credit. Hit me with the link when you do. Thx.
Cheers,
Lisa
That should have said reblog but my iPhone has a vocabulary of it’s own. Thanks.
Gorgeous photo. The beautiful blue of the water, strong splash of green of her float make it so vibrant.
She looks so relaxed! This is a remarkable photo and makes her look so real. I’m enjoying your posts so pleade keep them coming.
