What’s better than a rocking horse? Well, since it’s nearly Easter, I’d have to say a “rocking rabbit”. And here it is…

Jeannie Is Ready For Easter

Jeannie Is Ready For Easter

Today’s model is Crazy Girl Misaki. I named her Jeannie after my Mom. She’s wearing Something Hot Kyori’s shorts, Barbie Model Of The Moment: Pretty Young Thing Marisa’s corset top, and all the rest (sunglasses, bracelet, jacket and sandals) are from Barbie’s closet. Her Easter rockin’ bunny was found at TJ Maxx. Her photo was taken this morning in the front yard under sunny skies.

You never know when or where it will strike. You could be somewhere, anywhere,  minding your own business, and Bam! It hits you. A dollie too cute to be denied. Doesn’t matter if it’s not something you normally collect, or that it’s silly or frivolous…that dollie’s cuteness just has it’s way with you. And before you know it, it has found it’s way into your collection, your home and your heart.

Dangerously Cute Little Amy

Dangerously Cute Little Amy

So that’s the story with this little cutie-pie. She was hanging out in the Five Below store (a five dollar or less shop), sitting on the shelf and her cuteness won me over immediately. She’s an Angel Dal Amy made by Jun Planning. Amy is about six inches tall and poseable: her head turns and swivels up & down, her arms and legs move and her ankles are rotational. Her tiny dress is removable, it closes with a velcro strip and her hair ribbon is attached to a tiny bobby pin so you can change it up. Her feet are removable as well (like Bratz dolls) her foot is on a peg so you can switch them out.

She’s taken over ownership of the little rocking horse I found at the flea market – I think it’s a perfect match. 🙂 Her photo was taken on my front stoop just as the sun started to set.
